Guilt - Handling Guilt to Have Peace of Mind

Guilt is a natural part of life, yet, there are times when it overtakes us. We feel guilty for things that we have said or done, or not said or not. This is particularly true when going through a breakup or divorce.
There is a point, when we it helps to let go....so that we can heal, make clearer decisions and move on.
In this workshop, we will explore guilt and learn how to move beyond it. We'll have a presentation of concepts, discussion, and sharing in the group. We will also do an exercise that can help take you to the next step in releasing guilt and creating peace within yourself.
Please join us if you have been blamed, shamed or have been burdened with feelings of guilt from which you would like some freedom.

She coaches both in person and on the phone and runs small support groups in NYC. She is a Certified Relationship, Divorce, Life, Professional and NLP Coach with additional therapeutic training
